To officially get your wedding date on our calendar, we require a signed contract and a retainer. The remaining payment is due on your wedding.

We love engagement sessions because it's a perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other before your wedding day. We'll work together to schedule your session, wether it's included in your package or an add-on.

2 Months before your big day, we’ll be sending you a questionnaire to gather all the important details, and finalize the timeline and the locations of your wedding day over a meeting so that it can flow seamlessly.

The Teasers
Within the first week of your wedding day, we deliver a teaser, a small selection of handpicked highlights that showcase some of the most memorable and meaningful moments. This preview allows you to relive and share the joy of your day while we work on your full gallery.
Anddd...Delivered!
You're at the final step of your wedding journey with us! We get busy editing and perfecting each photo and video to make sure they shine. You'll then be able to enjoy and relive your wedding day with your loved ones once the final products are delivered within 3 months after your wedding!

Can I customize my wedding package?Absolutely! Since every couple is different, we are happy to create a package that fits your checklist + budget for your big day.

Where are you based and do you travel?We are from Montreal and traveling is our passion. We’re always excited to explore new places, so we are more than happy to travel for your wedding, no matter where it takes place!

How can we book you for our wedding?After a personal meeting, we will put together an individual wedding package, where we can specifically address your wishes, needs, and ideas. As soon as we have received your signed contract and the 25% deposit, your desired date will be firmly reserved for you.

Do we need an engagement session?We believe that engagement session is the best way for us to get to know one another better with a camera around. It’s also time for you to find your natural photo flow and getting you comfortable being in front of my camera. This time is really a best test run before your wedding day.

How long will it take to receive my photos and videos?Editing times can vary depending on the package and the complexity of the work. Generally, you can expect to receive your photos and videos within 2-3 weeks. However, larger events like weddings may take up to 3 months to deliver the photos and highlight video. Short films are delivered within 6 months.

Do you give any RAW photos?Raw files are unprocessed and don’t reflect the quality of the final product. The edited images and videos are a result of our creative and technical work. We believe that providing raw files could compromise the integrity of our artistic vision and the quality of the final product.

What happens if the photographer or videographer is sick or has an emergency?We have backup plans in place to handle unexpected situations. In the rare event of an emergency, we have a network of professional photographers and videographers who can step in to ensure your day is covered!

Do you offer album design/printing services for photos?Yes, we do! It’s always lovely to work on creating a beautiful design for our clients’ memories. You can either print it in your own print shop of your photo gallery, or we can deliver you a complete fine art album experience, hand-crafted and curated from our base in Europe.
